REASONS FOR THE RECOMMENDATION

Approval was sought to register four new roads for the residential development at Land at Dinting Vale, Glossop.

ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED

1.    Approval for the requested street name so that all external parties can be informed and work can begin on the development.

2.    Decline the proposed street name.  Return to the naming stage and propose an alternative name.

RESOLVED

That the names of Potter Lane, Logwood Way, Calico Street and Crompton Way be approved for the residential development at Land at Dinting Vale, Glossop.
