Recording Announcement Minutes: The Chair confirmed that the meeting was being broadcast live to the internet via the Council’s website and was capaable of repeated viewing. The images and sound recording may be used for training purposes within the Council. All were asked to keep to the speaking guidelines which were outlined. Update on Draft Annual Report (verbal) Minutes: Members received a verbal update on the progress of the Annual Report and were advised it was proceeding through the internal processes.
Members discussed changes to the process to speed up the receipt of the final report.

Community Engagement Events Update (verbal) Minutes: Members received a verbal update on climate community engagement events attended and supported by Officers. These included Climate change Sustainability for Schools, Climate Clever Buxton Schools Conference and the HPBC Annual Green Day event.
