REASON FOR THE RECOMMENDATION

The Executive Councillor for Housing and Licensing considered whether to approve the use of £100,985 Homeless Prevention Grant funding currently held in reserves, to support a Housing Disrepair and Homeless Prevention Partnership with Derbyshire Law Centre (DLC).

RESOLVED

That a two year partnership between High Peak Borough Council (HPBC) and Derbyshire Law Centre as set out in the report, be approved.
