REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION

Approval was sought to register 8 new dwellings and 1 new road at the Former Zion Methodist Church, Simmondley Lane, Simmondley, Glossop

ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED

1.    Approval for the requested name so that all external parties can be informed and work can begin on the development

2.    Decline the proposed street name.  Return to the naming stage and propose an alternative name.

RESOLVED:

That the name Zion Court be approved for the new road.
