REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION

Authority was sought for four car parking spaces on the car park at the George and Dragon, Charlesworth to be delisted as an Asset of Community Value due to three houses being built on the car park, and the buyers of those properties being granted access rights to park on the specified car parking spaces.

REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION

As set out in paragraph 5 of the report.

RESOLVED:

That the four parking spaces edged in red and numbered 1 – 4 on the attached plan be delisted as part of the Asset of Community Value at the George and Dragon, Charlesworth SK13 5EX.
