To approve the Minutes of the previous meeting Minutes: RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting held on 7 March 2019 be approved as a correct record. |

Licensing Enforcement Activity Minutes: Consideration was given to enforcement actions by the Licensing Service in the period February 2019 to June 2019. Discussion took place on Buxton Carnival, reporting issues, improving information available on the website, visits, encouraging attendance at Violence and Alcohol Licensing meetings, training and sustained compliance.
RESOLVED:
1. That that advice on reporting issues and the out of hours telephone number be circulated to new and returning Councillors.
2. That a weekly list of Licensing applications be circulated to all Councillors for information.
3. That the contents of the report and presentation be received with thanks. |
